Interim Resourcing
The purpose of Interim recruitment is the provision of expertise and specialism to a business on a short- to medium-term contract basis to focus on specific needs. Interims are utilised in a range of situations from filling gaps in the management structure to specialist projects.
Interims are selected for their overall ability and in-depth specialsim. In the context of Enterprise, IT Architecture or Project / Programme Management, interm resources provide on tap expertise at very short notice. CVs of all applicants are carefully screened to ensure our reputation of providing high calibre candidates is maintained.
Our Consultants undertake extensive telephone and face-to-face briefings with all candidates. We assess their commercial experience, communication skills, technical background and cultural fit.
