Enterprise Architecture Maturity Models

We use architecture maturity model assessments to help determine how clients can maximise competitive advantage, identify ways of cutting costs, improve quality of services and reduce time to market.

Our Architecture Capability Maturity Assessments is a short term consulting product that consists of the following outputs:

  • Enterprise Architecture Capability Roadmap – assists in establishing greater efficiency in the utilisation of resources and prioritises projects;
  • Methodology Assessment and Recommendation - enables a stable state of maturity development to be reached and for incremental improvements to be made over time;
  • Maximising the organisation’s capability for Enterprise Architecture – Identification and specification of how existing resources can be utilised to deliver the EA capability including gap analysis;
  • Issues Identification and Mitigations - Giving an indication of compliance with governance policies and procedures across the enterprise. Thus giving key stakeholders early indication of governance issues;
  • Opportunities analysis and recommendations – Taking a benefits led approach to understanding the potential opportunities that EA could realise across the organisation including potential cost savings, better utilisation of staffs, common requirements identification and rationalisation opportunities.

Our Enterprise Architecture Capability Maturity Assessments are based on:

  • Appraisal requirements for CMMI
  • The Department of Commerce (DOC) Enterprise Architecture Capability Maturity Model (2007)
  • The Open Group Architecture Framework - TOGAFTM
  • NASCIO Maturity Model
