	We have just completed the rollout of our new web site which is delivered in open source technologies namely Liferay. We are now offering TOGAF&lt;sup&gt;TM&lt;/sup&gt; 9 training courses as well as extended our resourcing capabilities to include permanent recruitment of high level IT&amp;nbsp;advisory focused resources.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

	&amp;nbsp;Enterprise Architects is engaged for the purpose of renegotiating IT service contracts with a brief to reduce cost and convert IT services and solutions procurement into a commodity based approach.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	Using TOGAF&lt;sup&gt;TM&lt;/sup&gt;&amp;nbsp;for collecting "AS IS" details of the infrastructure, defining "TO BE" reference architectures we have been able to identify many areas of consolidation, opportunities for simplification and most importantly cost reduction.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	Our work continues across all of the IT service line items within the Home Office.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
